The Service

Scan My AEO tracks whether and how AI assistants mention your website in response to prompts, and reports the results to you. Results are generated by third-party AI models and reflect a sample of responses at a point in time — they are not guaranteed to be complete, accurate, or reproducible, and we make no warranty about any AI platform's future behavior.

Accounts

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account, including sites and competitors you add for tracking. You must be legally able to enter into these terms to use the Service.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal in Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Deleting your account also cancels any active subscription.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, overload, or attempt to circumvent rate limits on the Service, including the free review tool.
• Use the Service to scan or store content you don't have the right to access.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or use the Service to build a competing product.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Your data

You retain ownership of the site content and data you submit. We use it to operate the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and data at any time from Settings.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including decisions made based on AI- generated results.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
